CAD extension program

We are in the process of making and application for windows and door manufactures and in that case we need and application in Windows to generate new set of drawings of the doors or windows. Our customer makes a standard drawing of a door or a window and the applications job is to generate a new set of drawings that are Stretched not scaled in height and width and saved with a new name corresponding to the new height and width. Example : One drawing with name [login to view URL] could be stretched from 1x1 m up to 2x2 m widt a 10 cm intervall this should result in 100 different new drawings widt corresponding name like [login to view URL] …. [login to view URL] …. and so on. So the people im looking for is programmers that have great knowledge about CAD applications. The cad applications that we are using today is [login to view URL] The application could be a standalone service or merged togehther with progecad.
