Create a C# app to replace identifier columns in a MS SQL DB

I am a strong advocate of the idea of labor differentiation. So, I'm searching for an individual who can effectively help me with the tasks like this one, all related to MS-SQL-Server-specific functionality. I would have much preferred to get an example of the candidate's C# source code related to the subject field and possibly some other highly focused information. There is the intention of future collaboration with the winner. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: I want to upgrade the structure of the DB used by my .NET application. Specifically, it's about changing a data-type of the key columns. It would be as simple as it sounds if the DB was empty, but it's not. Moreover, there are several databases of the similar type and I need to convert them all. So I want someone to implement a .NET (C#) method processing a List of TableDefinitions where TableDefinition comprises of a TableName, a PrimaryKeyName and a List of its corresponding FKs. There are no multi-column PKs in the DB. The columns of new data-type should be created and initialized with a given default value (UDF). Then the new FKs should be filled up with the new PK-values and after that, the old key columns should be replaced with the new ones. The database should remain the same after processing except the key columns. I've attached a rough example of an input the method could get. Please take a look and let me know what you can do for me.
