ACT! CRM Custom Control

We have need of a custom control created for the ACT! 2007 CRM system. The SDK is publicly available at [login to view URL] The custom control that we would like to have developed in VB.NET is a composite control of a datetimepicker with a label to the right of it that would display the age in years and months of the date. The control would need to be able to be bound to a date field within ACT! We would require all of the source files as well as the compiled DLL. Experience developing custom controls for ACT! or programs like ACT! is required.
