Auto capture and accept

Looking for a way to auto accept appraisal assignments. The person who bids should have knowledge of what this means. I need a way to auto refresh a screen multiple times per second if possible, and accept orders being advertised, then repeat the same steps. There are several different websites that I need this for, each is slightly different than the next. Roughly 3-4 sites. I am aware of several people already using this type of program/software, so I know the technology is out there, I just need it to find me.
