ax web browser deployment

This is a very quick deal for anyone who's dealt with it before. I have a windows forms application with an activex web browser. The program runs fine in debugging locally, however i am unable to build a working setup project for it due to the dll ([login to view URL] is under wfp lock and cannot be distributed?). there is plenty of documentation online for this, in terms of questions but no good answers. I'll need to know your solution works before accepting your bid. I need this quickly, only bid if you have the answer please, do NOT bid to try. Easy money for the right guy.
