It is fairly complex db / maths work, based on game-currency transactions in real-time. I have one web developer in Toronto (your consultant) and another in Sydney. You will receive £2500 upon completion plus shares in the company, which I intend to make successful, so that should be an incentive.
Obviously, this means you will work in your own time, but you will definitely need to commit at least one full working day a week to this and focus on the project. Of course, you are free to work on other projects at the same time to make regular money, but I do not want someone who quits after a few weeks because they have found a full-time salaried job. I would like you to be in living in London. I am in Finchley and am available to help you with theory (not technical questions) every day of the week via skype. I have absolutely no prejudices at all against anyone (I have chronic ulcerative colitis) and am looking for a person with the right skills and attitude.
