We have an oscommerce website and we got a new design for it in psd format. We are looking for someone that can integrate that new design(supplied by us on a psd file) into our existing site. The winning bidder should be able to put that new template in place without changing the programming part of our site, as well as the custom modifications we have made to the oscommerce system, on the other hand you are free to modify any CSS and coding intended to the design of the page with no restrictions.
