Advanced redesign and PHP/SQL integration to existing script

Hi, I'm looking for someone who are very experinced withing PHP, CSS and HTML. Currently I run a custom PHP-script based website which provide up to date coupons, updated every day. For the upcoming update I would need someone to help me integrate new functions and implement the new design (which will be provided in a jpeg mockup). The most advanced PHP integrations will be: - Integration of member functionality (possiblity to add stores to "my stores" list and subscribe to newsletter etc.). Also log in functionality eventually with facebook in popup screen). - Restructure the way coupons show and redeisgn existing commenting function - Add good looking social share function (popup ajax etc) - Add pagination so that only a set number of coupons show on each page and then button to "show more" (think google images functionality) - Tabs on frontpage with "latest, top and expiring soon" sorted coupons. Most of the data is already there, but need integration. - Completely integrate the design provided in a JPEG (total remake of CSS and HTML) - Cleanup of existing code and scripts so the site will run fast and smooth.
