Build PHP Events Site

I need a relatively simple event site that integrates with Twitter and allows current Twitter users to create a page for their event and post it to Twitter. This project consists of: 1) Event Creation - a simple form where the user enters their Twitter username and event details. 2) Event Page - A listing page which lists the event details, description etc. 3) RSVP System - Other Twitter users can enter their Twitter username to say they will attend the event. Their Twitter avatar will then be listed on the event page. 4) Edit Event - The user who created the event needs to be able to edit it ( inline using ajax). Bidders, you need to have knowledge of the Twitter API and ajax. I will provide mockups and sketches of this project on request.
