I am looking to outsource the development of a cloud based SaaS Project Management product.

The user will need to be able to:

-sign up

-be billed monthly via credit card

-upload documents

-send and receive emails via the application

-plus much more.

I will need all (fully commented and documented) source code, an NDA, NCA, and will have strict delivery milestones including deadlines.

I want to speak to you only if you can show me other SaaS products you have developed and I can speak with your client(s).
