Create Custom PHP App using Twilio API

Your task will be to create a custom php based application. The app will be used to send sms messages to a users contact. You will need to integrate your php code into an existing xhtml/css design. Here are the requirements * User registration - user inputs email address and password. No email verification is required. * Add contacts - user inputs a contacts name, number and country. This needs to be saved to the database * Phone Number Verification - allow the user the freedom to not have to enter a country code when adding a phone number. Or strip out the country code if user enters this. If user enters an invalid number display message * Delete contacts * Send Message - User clicks a button, they enter a message (Javascript will be required to limit users input to 140characters). Text message will be sent via the [login to view URL] API * Upgrade - limit free users to a certain number of messages. Users given chance to upgrade account via PayPal. You will need to work with the PayPal api to integrate this feature. The design for this application is already complete. You will simply be adding the PHP code. There is however, a possibility that some design elements may be missing and these will need to be added. This project requires strong PHP, Ajax, Javascript and MySQL skills.
