AJAX/DHTML popup realized with lightwindow

Hello, I have a very small requirement for my website. Please have a look at: [login to view URL] There you see a big image. When clicking on it a new window popups and then a flash video starts playing. (.swf file) This is a very regular popup coded with java. What I would want is that the video opens as a light window. Here is a description how it is to be done [login to view URL] I want it just like it is made there, see the SWF example. 2.) There is a small problem with the contact form on the same site, everything works just the sending option directs to the index page. It would be kind if you could fix that. So please only bid if you feel comfortable solving these requirements. I am looking also for a long term cooperation with a programmer in php. Thank you.
