ASP.NET SaaS website with subscription

I am looking for a well designed ASP.NET Web 2.0 application source code that you have already developed and would like to sell it to me for a fixed cost (I will have full rights to it and would need help in installation and general questions that I may have) I will use this application as a framework for SaaS websites that I will be building. I will take care of adding SaaS specific logic. It should have the following features: 1. Monthly Subscription management integrated with a payment gateway 2. Login and membership (having different pricing plans and limiting features based on pricing plan) 3. Web 2.0 design (preferably using JQuery) 4. Admin section for managing subscriptions, members etc Preferably, I'd need: 1. Multi tenant design where I can charge several businesses and those businesses can take care of adding/removing their own users 2. Subdomain for different companies. 3.
