ASP/PHP Expert to Convert a Flash File into Static

This project is small, I need someone who is fluent and very knowledgeable in ASP who can convert a flash header on the top of the website into static so that my website loads quicker. Would like to retain the same design elements of the header so that the website stays in tact, while removing the flash. Skilled in ASP and other aspects of web design you would team up to help us be competitive in our specific target markets. Developing pages and content on our website to increase the amount of leads we generate is a key focus for our business.
