ASP Portal Design

I require modifications to anyone of the numerous portal design scripts available for .asp. I am seeking a design/functionality similar to what can be seen at [login to view URL] - centered box, news, mailing list using jmail. There are many asp portal scripts available but I have no knowledge of how to customise the look and functionality aspects to get what I want. Must be idiot proof administration and easy to update. A seperate members section is also required with forum, articles etc. There are some databse/permissioning requirements specific to this project. These are described in the .zip file. If payment integration with SWREG and automatic generation of password/login could be arranged advantageous also. Need fast page load and able to run on a shared host windows server. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform must be compatible all major browsers
