ASP code Article Manager Website

Wanted: I requested bids for this project one month ago and had tremendous success but unfortunately, I wasn't able to move on the project at that time. Now, I am resubmitting the proposal and request bids. It's a small project for those who are familiar with ASP. Project: News website like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], nytimes.com. Look at [login to view URL] - that is the preferred format. No graphic design - that will be done elsewhere - just a basic mock-up. Access DB with ability to upgrade to SQL capability. Ability for users to post news in appropriate categories. Back-end - must have expiration date for article but I don't want it to be automatically deleted. Ability to control the entire site through the back-end. Be able to input captions for photos. Subscription-enabled section - ability to mark some articles as subscription-only. Be able to automatically find related articles and post them as links at the bottom of every article. (see [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] for examples). Ability to syndicate content to other websites with a small code inserted on an html page. Scalibilty is important. Please forward urls of your samples and you bids. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Win 2000/NT ASP IE 4+ and Netscape.
