Add 2 simple additions to Oscommerce site

An osCommerce website has been setup and is already up and running, however a few adjustments are required to be made. Need following 2 addtions : 1. Add 'subscribe to newsletter' box to capture email address. 2. Add a number of internal links to right hand side of homepage. Need this done quickly, ideally today. Only people with good Oscommerce should bid. Exactly what I want is detailed in attached file.
