Add some stuff to asp.net N-layer website app C# & MS SQL

I'm making a contact manager and downloaded the code from "N-Layered Web Applications with ASP.NET 3.5" by spaanjaars.com. Figured out how to modify it, but I'm out of time and willing to pay someone to help. Project is asp.net 3.5, C#, with MS SQL Express. The existing code is N-tier, or N-layered, and added code needs to be close to spaanjaars as possible. More info: [login to view URL] ## Deliverables Add Contact's Social Security number to "Create new Contact Person" On Contact Person Insert: Make the ClientID be the first 4 letters of last name + last4 of social. Get info from the insert form and automatically put it into the DB on insert. Add to Client Summary: Spouse table w/ insert, update, delete Spouse entity FirstName, MiddleName, LastName, DateOfBirth, Social, YearMarried, LiveInSameHouse (bool). LiveInSameHouse = Question: Does spouse physically live in same household? Yes/No Dependent Entity FirstName, MiddleName, LastName, DateOfBirth, Social, DependentType, LiveInHousehold (bool). LiveInHousehold = Did the dependent live with you for at least 6 months and 1 day? Yes/No (Already have some of this done. Needs some cleanup and a way to insert, update, and delete dependents). Add Filing Status Filing Status Entity Single, Married Filing Jointly, Married Filing Separate, Head of Household Make the Dependent Gridview just show FullName, Contact Person ID, DateofBirth, and LiveInHousehold -=-=-=-= In the zip file, [login to view URL] is the file to work on. When you click "summary" on the Contact Person Table, I have it displaying all the Contact's information. I just need to add the above, and have it display when you click "summary". Anything added needs to behave just like the info that's already there. -=-=-=-= If whoever does this, does a good job, I might have some more work on this project in the future. Everyone that has ever worked with me will say that I'm easy to work with. Just need it done in the same manner as the code that is already there (N-tier) and nice and clean.
