Asite similar to Ebay but for bartering products and services

I want to put a website together that works just like E-bay but NO Money is transacted. It will be a service that people will trade Services for Services, Services for Product, Product for Product etc. When a transaction is established the site will get $2.50 per side of the transaction i.e. $5.00 total per completed transaction. Example Dr. John is a plastic surgeon and he needs his house painted so John the Painter agrees to paint his house in exchange for a Breast implant for his wife when that is agreed the site will get $5.00, in the same case Dr. John may get a better offer from Joe the painter because will also suplly the materials and the Labor, so Dr. John can choose the Painter that gives him the most bang for the trade. The system will let each trader assign a cash equivelant value for their Product or Service and the highest bidder will win the transaction. The privacy of each side will be protected until both sides agree to be contacted and the $2.50 transaction fee has been paid. The site will be called [login to view URL] this will involve initial set-up on a meager budget, and the good news is it will be ongoing work and maintenance if it takes off. I will need a site the is a look and feel like EBAY think of it as a clearinghouse for Goods And Services that are used like cash to buy goods and Services. All transactions will be done with Paypal or PaybyPin no credit cards or checks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). To determine that work is complete I will need you to upload the finished product to my server to see if it is running and operational. ## Platform The whole front end will be on a windows 2003 server the database for now could be and Access Database with Html front end but will need to upgrade in the Future to SQL and maybe PHP.
