Buyers & Sellers Web Site

I need to have a portal where Buyers and sellers post their requirements, the web site should have unlimted number of categories and subcategories. 1- Buyers: they will submit their goods, images (unlimited number of images) with the option of enlargement of each images if needed. 2 -Sellers: They will post their requirements and specifications including amount, Also the web site should categorize into different categories their upn the product type beisides the option to browse category by location . for example I can browse the products in china, then main categories will come (Metasl, Ferrous, aluminuim, plastic,...) and you will access only the products only in china and so on for all the countries. 3- I need the web site to be in many languages (English, French, Arabic and Chinese ,...) 4- Memebrs should register their complete profile including their location and they will limit to their location or post globaly, i.e scrap buyers from china he can decide that he will buy scrap in china only, and the same for buyers. 5- packages for members either buyers and sellers and paypal payment for subscriber with the option to make it free by the admin. 6- All communications should be within the web site and hide the contact of buyers and sellers, besides I need a filter that check the content of buyers and sellers and remove their email and telephone number and convert it to stars to protect contact information. 7- I need Banner Management System. 8- Paypal payment - Credit Card (Visa, Master, ..), Check, ... 9- Web site can view the latest buyers demands in the main page also the latest sellers demands. 10- Newsletter for subscription. 11- SMS for VIP Buyers to inform them about the new offers. 12- Editable Web Pages for About Us, Policy & Agreement, Contact ,... 13- Goods Auction Section / Complete online Acution for Scrap Sellers 14- Demo is a must with proposal / or similar web site concept done by the company. 15- Propsal should include all details, technical, scope of work, requirements, deliverables, Itemized quotations. 16- Should be developed in ASP.Net Technology or JSP with MS SQL SERVER. 17- Complete Administration.
