Our client has a current process where a person requests changes to client master data by filling in an MS Word form and emailing it to another person. The second person can approve or deny the request, and if approved changes the relevant data in two systems. After completion of the change the request document is sent to other persons for confirmation of the change.
We want to develop a website that will automate this change request process, from requesting the change, to approval / denial of the request, changing the data, comparison of changes made to the request, and escalation of the request. Also, integration with the client's current security setup (using AD) will be required for the website.
