Check Printing Software Applicantion

We are looking for a software developer who can can help write some software to help automate and run our business. We are a small merchant company and want to print checks on behalf of clients. Similar to many check draft software products on the market today like hXXp:[login to view URL] and many others. We simply want a platform that is a central database so processing agencts can work remote, enter data and then print checks. Also we have an api for integration on verifying checks, and making them ready for print. That data will then need to print to the printer. This is an ongoing project but eventually will need a web based module and platform as well.
