ClixGalore.com Clone website

I need someone to build a clone of ClixGalore.com. Website is just an affiliate network where advertisers can start their campaigns and publishers can join them. Network should be able to serve per-click, CPM, per-lead and per sale transactions. For per-sale transactions an advertiser should integrate the script on their website to automatically track sales sent by publishers referrals.
