This is a first stage selection process for bidders. The project description is simple: We have a client that wants to start a payment processing service, similar to PayPal. Provide a quote that includes development for all features, with the exception of the PayPal marketplace. This project has a max budget of $2500.00 Bids over this amount will be rejected immediately. This project will also be posted at other sites, so bidding the max based on other bids will simply eliminate you. Only bids with PMs will be reviewed, so please post a PM immediately after placing your bid. On your PM, write "JOBU" at the very first line. Provide a brief outline on how you plan on accomplishing the project (This is open to both ASP and PHP developers). Please do not bid if you cannot deliver within 30 days.
