Code Fixes for Family Tree Project

I need several minor code modifications. 1) Change a link to submit a form rather than using a querystring. 2) Using cookies instead of sessions so a user can bookmark a page. 3) A little DHTML - onClick, show an image of an open folder instead of a closed folder and have the subnav show below it rather than in a separate column. 4) Each user can currently upload images using aspupload to their own folder.? I would like to limit the total size of their folder to 5MB. 5) BONUS - The images a user uploads are shown as thumbnails; however, they are distorted.? I would like to have the images shown as thumbnails that are proportional to the full-size image. Please feel free to bid on all or part of this project.?
