Code cleanup and finish project

I have created an admin in .ASP that connects to a SQL database and is used to add/edit and delete members from a family tree. While it is over 90% complete, I need someone to get me to 100%. The display of the person's tree is not finished and I am a little stumped. I also haven't really thought out the invitation and registration process for members, so that needs work. I need someone who will go through the entire project, get an understanding of it, will be able to finish it and will then do a code "clean up" - especially to make things standard from page to page and to make the code more efficient and to make sure all connections are closed, etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform 4.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape
