I am needing to combine a couple of ASP pages at checkout.

I have included all the files needed as well as a dummy DB. Everything works, I am just trying to eliminate some checkout steps. I would like to combine [url removed, login to view] and checkout3.asp. On [url removed, login to view] I have it layed out just like I want it. I am redoing my website and as soon as this is done I will be redoing all the CSS and look. This is very raw, but functions as I need it to. Any questions please let me know. I have the file so you can download it and look and see how long it might take and what else might be required.
