Coming soon page with a contest

Requirement 1. Need a "Coming soon" page with a contest in the front page "Guess what is coming here and win a tablet pc" 2. The form in the front page should have Name, Mobile no, Email ID, City, Country (with India as default) and a text field for inputting their guess. 3. Once submitted the data should be stored in my sql database 4. Next page should contain option to extractor email id of their contact from their email (by contestant providing username and password) and send a mail to all their contact about this site and the contest (Multiple option of Gmail, Yahoo Mail ect should be there which ever is possible) 5. Also a link to join in facebook community should be there. 6. Each number of emails they send the chance of them winning the tablet increase. (Just for your information) 7. All the emails of the contact send should be stored in database with the contestant email beside it . 8. Option for terms and conditions link in both pages 9. Password protected admin page for viewing the dashboard 10. Admin page should have option to edit terms and conditions and mailer content If any of the requirements is not doable please let me know so that I can change the requirement No milestone will be there on project and payment only after satisfied completions of the project.
