Completion of ASP/ASP.NET Site

This project will be broken into 2 phases: Phase 1: Minor changes to site with additions of approximately 6 fields. List of bug fixes and changes tweaking of some pages to increase speed Phase 2: Rebuild reporting functions to meet our requirements. complete letter writing module. We believe that a decent coder should be able to understand the existing code within 8 hours. We believe that Phase 1 changes should be completed by a good coder within 16 hours (8 hours is realistic). Phase 2 will take some more time (we estimate 24 hours) We will require Phase 1 immediately with a VERY tight deadline of NOVEMBER 6, 2004. Phase 2 to be completed by NOVEMBER 15, 2004. **IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THESE DEADLINES, NO NOT BID** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP OR ASP.NET. MS SQL MUST BE EXCELLENT WITH MICROSOFT ACCESS.
