Contracted Programmer/Designer

Good day, We are actively seeking a qualified programmer competent in PHP, Mysql, and ASP/CGI/Flash/HTML, plus any additional languages or programs relavent to online content creation. We have recently launched a new online network under the title Minerva Networks and wish to launch a consortium of websites, namely: 1. A viral jokes site. W/ template based admin. Should be easily replicatable 2. A PPC search engine site easily replicatable. 3. A stock picks site, easily replicatable 4. An expired domains site, easily replicatable 5. A domain name registry, easily replicatable Essentially, we are looking for a very talented programmer who has a knack for efficient database driven programming and has expertise in an array of programming applications such as Paypal integration, basic template creation, ftp/telnet expertise, script installation. ============ -The terms of this agreement are as follows: 1. We will retain use of your programming abilities for our projects. 2. We will provide all the funds necessary for hosting, domain names, marketing, servers, etc. 3. The programmer/company will be a revenue sharer for ALL projects. 4. The programmer/company is entitled to 50% of all revenues generated from this venture. Essentially, we would like to sign a contract with a skilled programmer to develop replicatable web properties which would entitle you to 50% of all profits generated through our venture. You provide the programming and design, we'll provide the marketing, business concepts, and the funding. Serious programmers only, we would like to view past references of work. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
