A platform that is designed to enable users Rate/Review or File Complaint against Merchant/Service Provider listed in our database: STAGE I - Upon entering our Site, users are prompted to complete a survey with a pop-up html form. The system uses HTML/ASP forms (Surveys) to collect feedback from users. The Surveys includes standard cross-industry, industry-specific, and customer service questions and solicits optional comments. STAGE II - To minimize retaliatory feedback, the system uses machine learning algorithms and weighting mechanisms to produce the most accurate ratings. The weighting factors applied include: How often the particular user has provided feedback The accuracy, or are the user's ratings "predictive" as compared to previous feedback. The size and circumstances of the transaction being rated. When the transaction occurred; current ratings are weighted more heavily than old ones. STAGE III - Submitting the form should perform the final validation to ensure that the complaint is genuine and verify that the user is authorized to file complaint (Registered user), by verifing the user's email address, etc. STAGE IV - Once the final verification is performed the system completes the transaction by Executing Run Plan and the final stage of the pipeline: If the Merchant/Service Provider is a subscriber, once the user submits the complaint form, an email is automatically generated by the system and sent off to the Subscriber. The email will contain a link directly to the complainant, to enable the merchant/service provider respond.
