Design 2 MVC3 Webpages

**Credit Assessment Page**

I need two pages, each with two grids. One grid will be on top, the other on bottom. The first page will handle what we call 'Credit Assessments'. On this page, the top grid will be for 'Pending Assessments' and the bottom grid will be for 'Completed Assessments'. Please view the PDF titled '[url removed, login to view]' for an illustrated example.

This top grid will display all records in the track table where the CreditAssessmentActive field = 'true'. If the CreditAssessorID field is null a link button titled 'Take Ownership' should be displayed to the right of the 'View Track' button. Clicking the 'Take Ownership' button will set the CreditAssessorID field to session.user_id and change the 'Assigned To' column from 'Unassigned' to [url removed, login to view] + [url removed, login to view] of the related person.

On the top grid, notice that there is a checkbox to the left and a link button titled 'Mark Complete' below that. A user can only mark a record as complete if it's assigned to him/her. If the user marks the records as complete, it should do the following:

1. change 'CreditAssessmentActive' to false

2. Change 'CreditAssessmentClosed' to [url removed, login to view]

3. Add a record to the history table: type='Assessment', event='closed', track_id='[url removed, login to view]', staff_id='[url removed, login to view]' <-- who made the change

4. Move the record from the top table to the bottom table

**Customer Details Page**

Make a customer details page - if the user clicks the customer's name within either grid it should go to this page. The customer detail page should just show the first/last/email/phone of the customer and the track records with related history under them in comment format.
