Development Group: Programmers Wanted

Xnyhilo Developer Services is a small development group created by myself, Jesse Wilson, and my partner, Steve Griffin. The goal of this group was to create software that solved a problem or a void in the market where a particular need was not being met. To this end we created a program that is now being integrated into a solution from another company (hence my not naming the program or company). This project is being undertaken almost solely by my partner, and as such we are looking for other programmers to aid in the development of other programs and solutions. We need those who are reasonably skilled in Visual Basic, C/C++, Java, and ASP (others are beneficial as well); and those who are also able to work in a distance collaborative environment/group. In addition this is for only those that would be willing to work without pay (other than any income that may be generated by the selling of a finalized program or in performing contract work for another company), but with full credit. If we make a profit off of a project, each programmer involved will receive a percentage of that sum based on their involvement in the project. It should also be noted that most, if not all, our programs will be released with the source code (with purchase if the program is sold, or with if the program is free), and some may be released as free software. At this point we are looking for programmers who would also be willing to assist in the development of group coding standards/conventions. Our goals at this point are as follows: 1.
