C# .NET DotNetNuke + Telerik control expert

We need a programmer to make DNN controls and? C# controls using? Tellerik controls. We are looking for a reliable person to work with us on long term to help us build our business. Right now we need about 40 hours of work to fix up some reports and add features to out interface at [[login to view URL]][1]? for our automated calling service. You should be an expert in Tellerik controls, C# and some SQL2008 and DotNetNuke controls. We would prefer someone from Russia or Eastern Europe and this could turn into a long term relationship. We will pay 15.00/ hour for 40 hours to update our code and fix a bounch of small problems.
