Digital Dictation System (PC Telephony with Dialogic Cards)

We want someone to develop to design and develop a digital dictation system that will record voice calls. ? The software will run on a Windows platform. ? The system will work like this: People will call into phone number which terminates into our server on a dialogic card. ? The system you build will answer the call, then identify the caller when he enters his ID number. ? He can then dictate into the system and control his recordings by forwarding or rewinding, etc though the touch tone phone. ? Once done, the system will play back a confirmation number to the caller, save the generated audio file in a .wav format and end the call. The system must be scalable to be able to handle from 4 to 12 independent phone lines. The winner of the bid and developer of this system will also get a service (maintenance) contract with us.
