Business Letter creation & contact manager Requirements: php + mysql I need a web based application to manage my contacts and to insert them in my letter. To add and manage the contacts it must be categorized from A to Z like: A B C D etc When I click the A it shows a sorted list of names beginning with A However the records must be lastname,firstname so if i have a user called John Apple it must shows apple, john when I click on the A. Also double names should not be accepted! When I insert another John Apple it must give me a warning that the contact already exists. So this is about the contact management. Now we need a letter creation plugin … so that I can setup an HTML letter and a button where it says insert contact and from therei can choose the contact I want to insert. Contact fields must be: FIrstname Lastname Address Streetname Postcode Country Phone Number Company name (optional) When I make a letter and it must be printed for all the contacts I need an option that will make a BIG pdf or separate pdf files that make the letter for every contact. For example if I have 1000 contacts I want 1000 prints of the same letter to all my contacts. When I have the pdf I can print it out and then send a letter to their mailbox. NOTE: THIS IS NOT AN ONLINE EMAIL MARKETING FEATURE OR PROGRAM!!! The idea is to locally send letters to all my customers in a quick way to get all their address information on 1 mockup letter that I want to send to all my customers in the mailbox.
