Add.txt Files to .zip Files

I need a simple program or script that can add .txt files from a folder on my harddrive to seperate zip files. Example - I have a folder with 1,000 seperate .txt files. I need a program that I can - 1. open and point it to this folder 2. input a number (number of txt files per each zip)... let's say I input "15", 3. click "go" and then the program will take the first 15 .txt files and add them to a .zip file and name the file 1, take the next 15 .txt files and add them to a .zip file named 2, take the next 15 .txt files and add them to a .zip file named 3, etc. until all the .txt files are moved to .zip files. The program will have to create these .zip files on the fly. This should be a simple project for an experienced coder. Please bid accordingly. I will have more small projects like this in the future.
