Arco (Csv Reader)

I need an application that will reconcile csv files. with the click of one button will open a browse button which i will then select which csv file to add. after combining the csv files. I will use the interface to view all records and I will need a filter so i can filter the data. then i want to be able to preview it and print it. all i should really need is one window to view everything. and the filter can be in that window. i have uploaded a sample prinout, and screenshot of the main window. Must be written in Delphi or C++, no 3rd party components unless they are added with the source so i can recompile and change it later. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform windows 98 & up.
