AutoTicket Scan(repost)

I need a Windows application that will go to the ticketmaster website and scan for tickets to become available. What this means is when tickets are not available at ticketmaster you will get a generic page stating that the tickets are not available and to check back often for seats to become available. Once tickets are available a "bell" sounds off and the purchase seats page is presented. I currently have a VB program that does this. The current application is a real memory hog and does not work with IE 6.0 on Win98. This could either be coded in VB or VC++.
