Bluetooth Software Program for mobile/PDA devices

I require a program that will be able to run on a PC/MAC and any PDA that has Bluetooth capability. I would also be looking for the program to run on a cellular phone OS. This is something to investigate later. The program should have the capability to scan for different mobile devices (cellular or otherwise) at regular intervals specified by the operator. Maybe once every minute. This process should be able to be started and stopped using the menu. The 2nd feature is to be able to send one message to many different bluetooth devices automatically (like sending an email with a CC). The message is pre-specified (like an autoresponder) the device finds x number of bluetooth devices during its scan and then sends the message to the device(s). The 3rd feature is for the software to keep a log of all processes the device has undertaken. The final feature is for the device to create a message "on-the-fly" and send it to a device. The user shall see a list of bluetooth devices and choose which one the message should be sent to...unlike the 2nd feature. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform - Windows 98 and upwards - OS 9 and upwards - PDA device OS - cellular phone OS with Bluetooth capability
