Client (c++) Server (PHP) Communication

C++ Client: 1) Encrypt a message in AES256 2) Connect using a socket to PHP on an online server PHP Server: 1) Compares C++ Client IP Address to list of authorized IP Address in MySQL database. 2) If IP address if ok 1) Receives encrypted message 2) Decrypts AES256 message 3) Sends encrypted AES256 message to C++ client 4) IF IP Address not ok Sends encrypted AES256 message to C++ client to exit C++ Client: 1) Receives encrypted message 2) Decrypts AES256 message 3) print in console the decrypted message All must be done using secure sockets. Possibly implementation of SSL if deemed necessary. Unused memory must be wiped after they aren't being used. Project should only take a couple of hours for a skilled programmer.
