Compression of our Win64 PE files

Hello Coders, We require an advanced programmer that it's able to make a tool for us that help us compressing our Win64 PE files (x64, for AMD66/EM64T). We require a function like: int CompressWin64File(LPSTR Filename) At the moment, we have been using common Win32 compressors (UPX, ASPack...) but we require something for the new 64 PE files. The way that it should work is that all section in the 64bit PE files will be compressed, and a new PE section will be added at the end of the PE file. This new section will be the loader that, in runtime, will decompress the PE file and run the application as normal. We require the generated solution to be compiled with Visual Studio in 64bit format. The selected candidate might be also choosen for upcoming similar projects. Good money involved!
