Need a cross-platform text game client to connect to remote hosts/port. Written in C++/QT. Complete with autoconf for Linux support and Windows installer. Should have functionality similiar to: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Expected to support: -PCRE support for triggers,aliases,macros(use a dll for windows) -Python script support (dll for windows) ANSI color compatibility - Plugins - User scriptable: - Triggers (run script when certain MUD output occurs) - Interface (attach scripts to macros or custom toolbars) - Background (constantly running the background) - Custom toolbars and status displays - Custom macros - HTML parsing support - MUD-adequate telnet and ANSI support - UTF-8 support - Accessible (support for OS/toolkit accessibility hooks) - ZMP[1], MXP, MSP, and MCCP support - XML-RPC interface to [login to view URL] MUD List - Concurrent multi-game support - Logging - Adequately performant on average low-end hardware (PII 400mhz w/ 128MB of RAM) Full Features: - Auto-mapper - Windows: COM scriptable (optional) - Linux: D-BUS scriptable (optional) - MUDChat plugin - User database/notes plugin Specific details about these requirements available for the winning bidder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
