Custom Mpeg Video Player / Jukebox

Need a time based mpeg video player. Must play correct playlist (i.e. music videos) in shuffle order for different day parts. It must play advertisement inserts at specific times. Player needs to work with winnt or w2k. Playlist could be plain text or database. e-mail me for more details.
