Desktop Application To Create Images

This application should allow the user to type in several lines of text, and it will then produce graphics in nine different preset sizes (e.g. 9 separate files). The graphic files will be a standard background with the text the user specified on the image. The user should have an option of gif, jpeg, of png to create. The image sizes will be 468 x 60 728 x 90 250 x 250 200 x 200 336 x 280 300 x 250 120 x 600 160x600 In the case of gif the program should also give an option of a static or animated gif. If animated gif, the animated gif will be in a preset format (you will have all information you need to create the animation). All animation will just be simple text. eg. based on the text the user types in. Frame 1 might have text line 1 on, line 2 off, etc. Full information will be supplied. The user should also have the option to change the background color of the image as well as text (each line of text should have option to change color). A simple color selector should allow the user to select the color or to enter a color "hex code" and convert the color from there. The program should work on windows xp or higher. We will provide full details including sample formats, including animated gifs for you to see what is required. ## Deliverables Ideally program will work standalone (not require to be installed). e.g Just an exe. But this is optional, so long as the solution works
