I am looking for software to track information about how the user feels each day before a meal.
The program should track results over time as well as each day.
The user should be able to go into the software at any time to enter an update.
Here is the functionality..
1. Each time they record it, the date/time and comments are entered by the user.
2. It would ask, were/are you hungry (this sits in your belly) or were/are you thirsty (feeling a sensation in your throat)
3. Then it would ask, how hungry were/are you? It would show each level between Level 1 ??" 4 (1 = starving, 4 = just slightly hungry).
4. Were you able to eliminate distractions and stay mindful during your meal (0-100%)
5. Did you slow down and put your fork and food down between meals ??" (0-100% )
6. When did you stop eating (level 5 satisfied ??" 9 stuffed)
7. Was that portion, in proportion to the size of your fist? Yes No
8. Did you eat the foods you enjoyed? Yes No
9. Did they sit well in your body after your meal? Yes No
10. Was your self-talk positive during the meal Yes No
11. Reason for eating if not hungry: Please share what was going on.
12. If you ate besides hunger, what do you think you were needing emotionally?
The program should allow the user to see eating patterns, etc ?
The program should graph this information.
They could also put their goals in for each week/month and this would track how they are doing. They
could also record their weight or measurements.

## Deliverables
The program should run on windows xp or higher.
It should also have an about screen, and you will provide an icon for the application and I will supply an image for the about screen and relevant details (website url, contact details, etc).
This is a straight forward project, you should expect multiple iterations to sort out the exact look and feel of the final product.
