Developers with php/mysql expertise, wordpress experience preffered

Hi, I have various projects going on - mostly in php/mysql. I need a good programmer to assist me with my projects. Cost is also of importance to me because we get our projects because we bid on low costs. So I would need someone whose costs are low. I have many projects & my own team is not able to handle all of these. So I am looking to give work to other good programmers.
