Dialogic DLL Wrapper

Require a C/C++ experienced developer to create a wrapper around a Dialogic DLL (telephony hardware) so it can be used with a Visual Basic application. Testing will be difficult for the developer as Dialogic hardware would need to be present. If test is successful, the approved developer will add all functions (approx 12) for the agreed price. Dialogic DLL attached. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
