C++ Source Code needed for a Borland 5.02 Compiler

I have a pseudocode below with requirements, I need a source code written to accompany it. The source code MUST compile error free and execute on a Borland version 5.02 compiler. Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is to use Pointers and Strings. Assignment: Using the pseudocode below write a program for it. Your main function will prompt the user to enter a short message of at most 25 characters, and input the message using [login to view URL]( ). The program will then call a function you will write, reverse, to store the string with the characters reversed in a second string. The main function will append the string " BACKWARDS" to the end of the reversed string and finally display it. LAST HINT: You will need two functions included in string.h, strlen and strcat.
