i need three seperate programs: 1. use a nontype parameter numberOfElements and type parameter elementType to help create a template for the Array class that is used in developing operator overloading(string and array objects). this template will enable Array objects to be instantiated with a specified number of elements of a specified element type at compile time. 2. write a program that converts integer Fahrenheit temperatures from 0 to 212 degrees to floating-point Celsius temperatures with 3 digits of precision. use the formula: celsius = 5.0 / 9.0 * (fahrenheit - 32 ); to perform the calculation. the output should be printed in two right-justified columns and the Celsius temperatures should be preceded by a sign for both positive and negative values. 3. write a program that demonstrates how any exception is caught with catch(...). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform windows xp and winzip
